This disaster class of a form should show the board, that we need reinforcement in Jan itself.

Bring in a LB and a Striker or a LW/ST hybrid. If we want to salvage this season, these two postion is a neccesity now.
Yeah that's just not possible. Until Camp Nou is back they will only be able to get 1 player per year.

It's been reported that Marmoush will probably be available for 50-60m euros in the summer, and I've seen people say he's better on the LW or as an inside forward off the left. Even though he's played centrally as well.

Seem to be a natural striker of the ball with the goalscoring too. I wonder if he'd be a better option than Nico Williams even in that case, if he really can play off the left? @khaled_a_d

Buyern fraud that nobody even knows vs Shitfurd fraud (?) that is a temu version of Raph. Genius options. I can Deco and Laporta going all in for them.

He was a LW for sure, he barely played central in Egypt NT, despite lacking a no9 in many situations (only Mostafa Mohamed from Nantes are decent enough for us), while we had like 3 or 4 options in LW (former Stoke's Ramadan Sobhi, former Aston Villa Trezeguet, and a few local players). Salah was obviously undisputed RW.

And tbh he excelled in the position tactically, but nothing to wow you.

His explosion in Bundesliga comes in a more central role, like Raphinha now. I didn't watch the NT after the ACN tbh, so I don't knew where he played with us recently. I think right now he looks like what Ferran Torres would look if he was clinical.

For the record, I knew few who played with him and knew him personally, by all counts a good kid with good mentality. Not like our typical talents that loses a screw from their head once they get a taste of success abroad (most famous are Mido, and Dortmund's Zidan). So, there is that.

I just don't see him in Barca in our situation. Maybe if we magically able to splash 200M+ to fix the team he will be worth the risk. Maybe if we decide we need a second striker instead of a true 9 to replace Lewa he would work.

Or I could be just wrong, I once thought Isaak is a mediocre player not worth the investment, abd he us doing great.

I am interested in your opinion guys. If Barca could trade one player for another that could help Barca improve its games, who it could be? Meaning swap one for one. To make it more interesting, let's not consider players of clubs that occupy the first 5 places in their respective leagues. And let's consider Barca player for the swap that played at least 5 games and are not youngsters. Who would you bring into the team and instead of whom? Who do you think would help Barca to challenge for the titles? Also, exclude MC from the list :)

I'll start. I would swap Ferran for Ollie Watkins. Ferran is useful sometimes but he lacks the qualities to be for the team when the teams is struggling. Ollie Watkins is a decent forward that could provide Barca with the extra attacking threat in matches that do not go in Barca's favor.

Lewa for Roque

If you want to be realistic then you should propose a deal that the other team would at least consider accepting too. There is zero chance Villa would swap Watkins for Ferran.

And same for basically any team giving up their starters for our rejects. So best we could do would be to look for players on the fringes of other teams but question then is would either team actually benefit enough from that swap deal to consider it.

Not to mention that direct player for player trades in football almost never happen (ofc that doesn't prevent media from constantly coming up with potential swap deals ideas) so that's fun as a mental challenge but highly unlikely to happen.
