Yeah Araujo is a clear one when not even nailed to start and easy replacement on a plate.

Its for him from here on to make that not a great idea.

Would sell Kounde also if big offer comes in.. trouble is who to replace him with if did.. How good is the Romanian RB at Rayo.. can have a look tomorrow.

It all depends on what can do with any money generated.

If selling Kounde/Araujo allows for an Isak it is different from it just allowing renewals.

There's a chance Sesko, Osimhen, Gyokeres and Isak all find new clubs this summer. Maybe not all of them move, but there's a chance it happens.

Don't think the club can afford waiting until 2026 in that case and get left with bums as options in 2026 or another old striker. Even though I'm not a super fan of two of these guys.

I like Araujo but I agree that he'll probably leave in the summer, specially if Inigo and Pau stay healthy until the end of the season. The problem is we won't get anything close to the release clause, we'll probably get something between 20-30 million. For that money I'd keep him.

If we were able to get Olmo, who cost us a lot more in wages, during our "financial struggle", I am sure we can afford a similar deal if not better this year as well.

It took paying Gundogan to leave and get rid of some of his huge contract and injuries to players to allow for covering some salary.

It’s not what a lot of people want, but the easiest way to generate money to sign a forward or depth at RB/LB is by selling Araujo and sign Tah as his replacement on free transfer.
Yes. Especially considering Tah is very solid and always healthy. Araujo has shown little growth as a player and his pace isn't enough to make up for it anymore, especially considering it's less useful in Flick's set up.

If true could be big for us.

Could make 50m off clauses and selling fridge players.
