6. I want Lookman more than Nico, as he can fill 2 spots. Read somewhere on Twitter a couple of weeks back that his release clause could be 30m.

It seems that his RC is 55M, that is 7M below Nico.
I am not sure Lookman will fill the striker spot that much, as I think it Lewa and Ferran will have it locked next year, assuming health.

Need pace and ability to run in behind from that front line badly.

It is making it less of a risk for teams to push up and pressure defence/midfield.

Need defenders better on the ball also...Gerard cant be too critical of but he isnt great on ball, Araujo the same and Kounde goes from the occassional TAA pass one minute to barely being able to control ball and making poor decisions playing ball out the next.

At this stage would punt Araujo for whatever can get and even if Christensen can be kept fit let him see his year out. If not then likes of Tah if Flick rates him.

Would rather boot both and use the money to get Huijsen and Tah. I am sure both combined can fetch 50m.
At least we will have 2 players who don't get injured often.

If we had another good winger then Raphinha and Lamine would get some much needed rest from time to time.
I'm not sure Lookman is the guy.

We need to add more pace.

Lookman is fast enough man, good technique, good workrate, good finishing, solid dribbler

Can't ask for much more. If the price is reasonable then imo no questions shall be asked

He didn't just perform in Serie A he scored a hattrick in European final against high flying Leverkusen, Lookman is serious business

Age could be a problem but he can give 2/3 good seasons it's not that bad

I am afraid of the Gasperini effect.

Players that seem to leave Atalanta and him tend to turn into bums.

Btw, this might sound laughable since Dortmund seem unwilling to play him despite him making an impact every single time he's on the pitch, but could Duranville be the type of young winger signing we should consider?

Only if Dortmund are willing to sell for a reasonable fee of course.

Would still take Rashford in for his pace and hope it reignites him if Nico isnt happening.

Pep likes him.. PSG like him as he has that pace that forces them to play another way.

It is obviously a risk but one would take.

Loan swap with Araujo for a season or waive the fee on Trincao if they move for him in return for Rashford.

Malick Fofana looks a real talent and Lyon will need to sell players this summer so could be available for relatively cheap. Not sure buying a youngster who needs regular minutes to develop which he wouldn't exactly get here is what we should do but you just know he'll be one of those players who will go to a Dortmund, Leverkusen or a midtable PL team and we'll be all over him in two years when his price will be 2-3x higher (though he could still be more affordable at that price for us in 2027 than this summer when we'll still be under big SCL limitations).

Fofana is big talent, but he plays with his head down tbh, and isn't very good with passing/connecting with player.
He will need regular playing time and coaching to reach his potential and be good for a club like Barca tbh.
If he is cheap, he might be still worth it.
