Man today felt like hell on twitter.
Bartra leaves some Barca twitter personas, went off on tangent and started thinking we are becoming the new Milan. add to the Denis Suarez saga that we could possibly lose him due to a stupid clause. the amount of fear mongering by some cules on twitter is off the charts.
and we still have another two and a half months of this crap to go.
Yeah it's a comedy show, at this point I'm just so worn out in regards to the stupidity of this transfer window from our end. Some reactions are indeed over the top, but with the way agents have been playing the club, it's a bit worrying. Add that to the fact of losing alves and bartra, without replacements, while adriano, douglas and verm are still part of the squad, and people will freak out. It's really a comedy show, so far.
Finding out how literally dumb Denis Suarez's buyback clause really is and we could possibly lose him before the first of July.
We could effectively only use the buyback clause from July 1-15th for 3.5 Million Euros. Before July we only have first Option on Him, But it leaves us Vulnerable to some team coming in and offering Villarreal lets say 15 million euros for Suarez, and If we can't match that we lose Suarez before we could use the Buyback clause in July. What's that?
But it's just Mundo Deportivo, so...Barcelona are finalizing the deal on Lyon centre back Samuel Umtiti (22). He will sign a five-year deal. Can also play left back [md]

-Alves leaving for Free
-Sandro leaving for free due to "Good Behavior"
-Adriano want's to leave for free and get paid for the last year of his contract.

-Bartra only going for a mere 8 million due to a clause of how many games he played.
at this point I wouldn't be shocked if Douglas ends up staying here for another season due to no one wanting to buy him or on loan. I remain Optimistic though about our transfer window, but man the last couple of weeks really took a lot out of me just how badly we are being played by our own players agents and us shooting ourselves in the foot in regards to our Decisions.
The only positive of those leaving free or not is that "hopefully" we should get good replacements.. So in the end them leaving for free isn't that bad, although it's still stupid.
Who knows until we sign anyone though.
Except Masche will not leave for free and we cannot get quality replacements for him on 2m a year. When a player leaves, we can "get" money in 2 ways: transfer fee+his wages which are gone (ok, we will usually buy a new player who will get wages, but when an older player with higher wages leaves and a younger player with lower wages signs for a team, we are basically "earning" some money).
From players who are (possibly) leaving this summer:
1. Masch wages 130k Euros weekly=6,76 Millions Euros per year
2. Alves 120k E weekly=6,24m Euros per year
3. Adriano 60k=3,12m
4. Verm 55,5k=2,88m
5. Song 50k=2,6m
6. Bartra 40k=2,1m
7. Sandro 2,5k=0,13m
So, for example, even if we get 0+0+0 millions transfer fee for each of these players, we would "get" 23,9 Millions of "income".
If we would sell all these players, we would probably need 2 Cbs.
And if we get 8m for Bartra, and 0 millions for all other players, that is 24m earnings from lower wages+8m from Bartra's transfer fee.
32m in total from these guys.
So, this sum alone would be enough to fund 2 younger Cbs like Umtiti (20m transfer fee+2m wages) and Lemos (10m transfer fee+2m wages).
Money earned on releasing 6 players for free+8m from Bartra=32m Euros
Money spent for transfer fees of Umtiti and Lemos=20+10m
Money spent for wages of Umtiti and Lemos=2+2m roughly
Money earned=32m
Money spent=34m
So, when a player leaves for free, it isn't exactly "leaving for free", since our wage bill is much lower then.
So, even "a bad business" of releasing these 6-7 players could get us 2 young Cbs "for free" again.
