Because our board is probably trying to get the best deal possible, which sounds ironic because we always get the shittiest deals.

I'm pretty sure PSG agreed on 30m +Dani Alves but Barca feels that it's too expensive. They are probably trying to negotiate for 20-25 mill + Alves
