It depends on the person though. Guys like Schweinsteiger and Lahm are as humble as they come
But there are others like Muller, Neuer, Ribery, Robben, etc. who act very distasteful

You don't know they are humble though, only the good guy image they give off to the press & well trained in it too. No-one knows what they are like privately. Probably completely different people with opinions they wouldn't dare share in public.

I agree. It's enough to read Ribery's statement that he should get the Ballon D'or. Seriously, maybe I didn't find it but I never heard Messi talking so arrogant. And then Bayern fans insult Messi because of the tax-case they don't know anything about.
Well its not about our players that they are humble either.That could go for everybody.

And so Breitner has proven again that he is indeed an advisor to Bayern - just not a particulary good one.
Breitner was an outstanding player, one of the best in his generation. But besides the pitch, his expertise seems kinda contained. Remember that one time, when he thought that Jose Ernesto Sosa would be the ultimate crack, the crack to end all other cracks, the talent of the century; and recommended Bayern to buy him ? And we all know how that turned out.
In rare circumstances like this, silence would truly be golden.

Its true,players get appreciated more if they keep quite and especially if they achieved all this.But because they achieved all this and winning Barcelona with a big scorline its a big temptation and in their mind its a prove that they are the best with big advantage,especially for characters like Ribery as mentioned.

Well their motto Mia San Mia says it all. "We are who we are" Since the days of Beckenbauer they have this mentality where you are supposed to win if you are part of Bayern.
So sometimes what they say out in public is merely a duty as being part of the club..
But of course there are players like Ribery who is taking the club's motto too seriously.

Well considering the midfield options im pretty sure he will use Mandzukic.Its also the fact that he hasn't tested anyone in false 9 yet,Muller can well play as CF so you can't say he has been used as false 9 actually he has big chances of starting as CF today,for me it will be either him or Mandzukic.The not clear thing is what formation Pep will use and that will define which players will start.
