Crazy if it happens for that amount and Frenkie stays.
WC midfield again after many years.
Silva, FDJ, Pedri, Busi, Gavi, Kessie, Pjanic (not needed) would be the best midfield in Europe with crazy depth.
I think with 5 subs and team competing for all trophies, Xavi can keep everyone happy.

We also have Pablo Torre. No way he keeps them happy imo. De Jong, Silva, Pedri and Gavi will always think they deserve to start. Kessie is also in his prime and Torre needs to develop as well.

Don't believe what Laporta says in interviews and what he leaks to the press.
FDJ is up for sale, and is 100% expendable by both Xavi AND the board.
If he wasn't, Laporta would have never negotiated with UTD for months or Chelsea lately.
It's all a good ploy and tactic to get him out of the club.
Think of it:
FDJ says I wanna stay here, and he also says I am not reducing.
Hard riddle.
But if Bernardo comes in, and Frenkie becomes a permanent bench-warmer he will think twice or thrice about staying here for longer,
cauz he is (STILL) ambitious and professional, and doesn't want to become retired at the age of 25.
Compare that to the situation where he plays and is a starter.
No matter how hard Laporta and Allemany bust his balls about paycut, he will not do it as he has leverage.
By being sportingly expendable, much of that leverage is gone

Bernardo is not that far behind KDB in terms of overall effectiveness... sure he does not give as many assists but there is so much more to Silvas game. I would take Bernardo ahead of KDB every day of the week..for Barca .
We have Alba and Balde at LB plus Dest / Aroujo / Roberto at RB
So hopefully we will have so much possession ans score so many goals that the defence wont be that important
