It's stupid that they put the seats in, I'm sure that was Laporta's idea but the old charis lasted for decades, I don't think there will be any damage in this few years.

The seats were probably installed for show. To give an impression it's getting close.

I understand them lying about it for marketing reasons tbh. It was always 4-5 years for such a project. I reckon the full thing is gonna be ready in 2028. Partial opening in 2026 and 2 more years for 3rd tier, roof and vip rings + interior finishing.

Of course they are lying, they always are but that's not the problem, the problem is that the idiots put the extra income from returning to CN in this season's budget plan even though they knew/should know it won't happen and that will be a problem with FFP. They'll do the same for next season.
