You've taken what I've said out of context. I was stating that if your shower of shite of a team was to buy anyone for midfield, then it should be a new defensive midfielder and not Cesc.

Why would he be bitter that we sold him? He was the one who asked to go. And I'm grateful him for that, because otherwise he'd probably still be here and we wouldn't have won what we did over the last two seasons. Although he'd probably fit better in Lucho's system than he did in Pep's but I prefer Rakitić over him.

I don't care if they don't need him or not, I'd love it if he joined Real Madrid. His defenders wouldn't have much to say about that one, lol.

Yes, if we are to buy someone in midfield, it should be an upgrade on Casemiro, or at the very least a backup for him. Kroos doesnt convince me as dm, and our other positions in midfield doesnt need much work atm.
