ill guess ill have to agree to disagree... i just dont think that ref had any reason to want porto to win.. he was not terrible but botched calls both ways

I'm not saying he wanted Porto to win, i'm just saying he sucked hard on this.
A freekick in the zone is something special, and he seems like he didn't know what to do, he was surpassed by events.

He sucked on Henry hands, he sucked on this too.
He sucks a lot, don't you think ? :D
The sideline ref in bayern-Fiorantina sucked too.
In France, there was Lorient-Bordeaux in semi finals of the league cup, the ref sucked too.
I'am just tired of bad ref.
I wan't video for the ref !
I watched 3 games tonight, and the only commun point is : ref needs video.

the porto arsenal ref was not good or bad just kinda eh..

but i cant imagine the pressure and all that of being a ref... they shouldnt suck and they have been this season especially... but what can we do... i guess someone needs to invent robot refs...

The solution allready exists.
We (i mean the one who watch on TV), we see every things with some super replays etc etc.
The only one who don't see this is the ref, and we want them to judge.
Isn't that a non-sense ?
Ref sucks, but it's not totally their fault. They need replays like us.

the thing in if you bring in video, you risk changing a game that has been going on for hundreds of years, and this could really damage the sport.. we dont want american football (no offense anyone) where there are non-stop stoppages

Yes. Cause I would hate this sport to turn out like ice hockey, american football, and basketball.

I love soccer (football) because it is fluid. If you introduce super replays and all, you are going to lose all of its fluidity.

And a match would take 4 hours to finish since they will start having replays of every single stoppage? Screw that.

That's not true.
Video won't lose fluidity if it's used just on goals.
Look the rugby, the video isn't slowing the game.
When they have a doubt about a goal, they ask for video, and it takes 30 secondes.

but rugby has stoppages... footy is non stip flow (for 45 min) i just cant imagine in the 16th min being like wait stop for a moment... run over to sidelines, check replay and so on and so forth i do understand where u come from

It would not happend in every match.
In the wors cases, it would happened 2 or 3 times...
3x 30 secondes stop for video, would it destroy the game ? I don't think so.

but how would that have changed todays thing.. it was a legit gol for sure... they would have reviewed the refs call? i guess the gol in the bayern match would have been taken.. would they review offsides?
