Well well well.. 2 out of 3 top favorites to take CL are out: Madrid and Chelsea.
Not a fan of neither Chelsea nor Inter but considering our history with Chelsea and that we have Eto and Motta playing at Inter I'm happy that Inter went through.
Such a smart game by Mourinho planting 3 forwards when noone expected it.

Motta, such a twat himself...That rolling around BS makes him such a bush league player, IMHO...I can't stand Drogba but he didn't deserve what he got in getting sent off like that..Watching the replays, it's pretty clear that Motta just drapes himself all over Didier...Should've been a pk, IMHO

Yes, but it was after being draped inside the area...It's true that refs tend to book the reaction rather than initiating play but the 'fair' thing, IMHO, would've been to give a pk to Drogba.
You can see it before the fk is struck, Thiago just flies in and literally jumps on top of Drogba

There will be an occasion when we need luck to go our way but if we approach every game with the right attitude and the entire squad focussed and committed then I think we'll be in Madrid.
