A trip to Moscow in winter will be brutal for Barca, but it would be during the super long winter break for Spartak. So it is not likely the Russian team would put up much of a fight.

Barca should be able to rotate the squad heavily for these group games, which will help in La Liga. I can't conceive of Barca not winning this group.

Maybe after Barca have qualified. But Barca won't get away with playing the kids away to Celtic and Benfica.

He makes it too easy for us though.

Ronaldo is a selfish cunt, who isn't in the same universe skill-wise as Messi or Iniesta, but he's also an elite goalscorer and an athletic marvel. He's a great footballer, not as great as Messi, but he is the best player on a team that was better than Barca last season.

Quite frankly I don't care about him, he didn't deserve to win this but it's a mickey mouse award to begin with. The hate is extreme though, as selfish and pouty as he is, I'd rather focus the hate on Real Madrid and their piece of shit coach. Ronaldo isn't even the scummiest member of that team.

Maybe..but I thought he was better last year and then he won the league and the CL. Can't help feeling sad for Xavi who was as important for us as Leo and Andres, but didn't get the praise that those 2 got.

I love Xavi and I still think he should have won the Ballon d'or in 2010, but unlike 2006 and 2010, he was no longer Spain's best player. He's still the centerpiece of both Barca and Spain, but Iniesta's magic was more important this time.
