i mean the pundits in england, pfff i just hate most of them. the irish one or whoever it was on ITV, he was looking at this computer graphic that they made for him and he still said blatantly its not offside. i mean seriously are those guys blind, don't know the offside rule or are they just so heavily biased there??? makes me so angry that they can't do one single unbiased reportage over there.

i mean i would understand if they want to argue if it was penalty or not, this is more subjective, i think they both were (yaya in first half and balo in second half) but if you have been showed its offside then why the hell you still need to hide your head under the sand??? if city can't even won against ajax at their home in this socalled group of death then they don't deserve to go trough in this group. they should be happy to getthe europa league spot even. mancini is a huge disgrace as well, he is blaming the ref while he lets those two idiotic corners and takes zero blame for that. lets just all laugh at them

It's still very tight, Shakhtar 7 Chelsea 7 Juve 6 i believe, expect Shakhtar to beat the Danish team next round & Juve take on Chelsea at their place, it will come down to Shakhtar-Juve at the Donbass. Chelsea will progress by beating the Danes in the last round IMO.

How are they lucky? It was a hard-fought win, well deserved. The first goal might've been a bit lucky, but well done to Torres for pressing the keeper. And the second goal was no luck, unless you think volleying a ball in mid-air from the half way line is easy. Really lovely seeing Oscar & Hazard & Mata linking up. Mouthwatering threesome


That being said, I just love Shakhtar. They deserved a point for their performance, but they slowed up at the end and lost due to that. All three of Juve, Shakhtar & Chelsea deserve progression, but only two will.

If Juve beat Chelsea and Shaktar win Chelsea are out, all Juve would need would be a draw against Shaktar in the final game and even if Chelsea win they would be knocked out on head-to-head.

I think Juve will lose to Shakhtar, hell Shakhtar deserved a heck of alot more vs Chelsea, a really solid side, Juventus lack of a striker is really going to hurt them in this, i think Shakhtar/Chelsea to make it through.

2nd to last match of the group stages this week. We'll soon have a pretty clear picture of who will advance. The most interesting matches this week are Juventus vs Chelsea and Manchester City vs Real Madrid. I hope Juventus and City win. Then Chelsea might not advance and Borussia Dortmund can probably win the group of death.
