I think we should give the league first priority this season. With our defense we need extrem luck to Even reach the semis. We can win the lead.

Barca never puts any other competition above Liga. We'll see how seriously Tata takes Copa.

Any team can get knocked out in any round of CL eliminations, each underdog has at least a 10% chance. That's why the best team does not always win CL.

Out of all the group winners, Barca clearly drew the toughest first round opponent. I'd give City about a 30-40% chance of knocking out Barca, mainly because they could certainly win big at home.

I know you're taking the piss but it wouldn't surprise me one bit. I've even been thinking of signing up somewhere and bet money on it. Now, there's of course nothing to suggest that United are good enough to be a realistic contender but that's the whole point. I can definitely see a scenario like this happen. First off, this is just begging for a Willy Wonka meme. And yeah, I remember we had a ton of shots hitting the crossbar or barely missing. We deserved to win the tie, but Chelsea had luck on their side, so I completely agree.

We were luckier than them?
Terry being sent off didn't really change anything. We were dominating before and after he got sent off, and were unlucky to not be like 5-0 up by then.
