LOL at City. I remembered when they beat us in the group stages, they got carried away into thinking they were genuine CL contenders all of a sudden. The game obviously does not work like that. Sad for pep though. He has a lot of work to do with the squad.

You are selectively isolating incidents that fit your theory. If you take football in general, you see that what matters is the quality of players (money) Everything else is incidental.

Clubs v been spending tons of money on hiring top managers! If managers didn't matter, this wouldn't happen!

Lots of evidence of impact managers have on teams.

Pep at Barca huge example and the fact that football is a game that tactics, motivation and trasnfers etc all count.
