Real has no business being in semis after robbery of Bayern.

This narrative implies that Bayern was actually the better team before extra time and the controversial offside goals, which is far from true IMO. The ref did screw Bayern and ruined the tie for neutral fans, but let's not pretend that Madrid didn't have the bigger chances to kill the tie in the second half of the first game and the first half of the second leg.
for the supposedly " better " team, Bayern had to rely on an idiotic Ramos own goal to even go to extra time and managed to score 0 goals from open play in over 200 minutes, them beating Real without those referee mistakes wasn't a given.

agreed. Bayern were not better than Real. Real is a strong collective team. Barca is better to the extent that we have the best player in the team. We rely on Messi being on form to win against top teams. There is no denying that Barca needs a lot of rebuilding.

It's tough for me to watch CL when RM remains and Barca is out. But, at least we all can root for Dani Alves' team in the final.

juve will probably have a substantial number of non-juve backers for the final. unless you are a RM fan, real winning it again is boring

I am not kidding. If real wins the CL, I will die a lot inside. The great pleasure I used to have in barca being the best team in modern era will be gone.

No matter what Real Madrid does, that team from 2008-2012 will always be the best team in history. If we had just a fraction of the luck RM have been getting we could've won 4 CLs in a row. RM are producing good enough results wise to merit being in the discussion for the GOAT team, but there play has been lacking and their results in the league speak for themselves, they will never reach the peaks we did.

Juve will win it provided that they will not suffer from injuries to key players. They will have that extra bit of hunger and motivation that might very well decide it. They have the better team cohesion as well and unlike Patético they won't crumble under pressure or lack the mental toughness to win. Juventus has a slight mental edge as well over RM considering the last two meetings. Physically too, RM won't be able to bother them. Allegri is the better manager too.

Juventus can't keep losing CL finals time and time again. At one point in time they will have to win once again and its been 21 years now. Let us not forget the final in 1998 where they should have won if not for a blatant offside goal by the clown Mijatovic. Sounds familiar, I know.

I don't have the same complete lack of belief in the opposite team being able to win as I had last year with Patético. Juve are a different beast. Hopefully they will show it otherwise I might be forced to take a break from football as 3 CL wins in 4 years (2 of those wins consecutive) would be too much to bear. Especially as RM are bound to win the league this year (unless a miracle or two occur) as well for the first time in 5 years and for the second time in 8 seasons.

I think Juve will win it also and I'm not saying that out of hope just because of my burning hatred for Real Madrid. Juventus are awesome and have been incredible in the CL this season.

Real Madrid will be tough, but Real have shown their cracks in recent weeks. Juve are just dominant and a more balanced team.

i agree but i am surprised this is even up for debate. the galactico real madrid won CL v juve on an offisde goal and the other two versus relatively naive (at the final stage) valencia and leverkusen. if i remember correctly, bayern had some 5 or 6 wins v madrid in the galactico period and the galacticos never won the league when they won CL and back then the league was 80-85 points tops. if it wasn't for barca, this madrid would be winning a lot more leagues. and it seems to be heading that way now that barca is not as strong as it used to be, though i hope that changes this summer.

The "Galácticos" only won 1 CL and that was in 2002 against "mighty" Bayer Leverkusen. The "Galácticos era" lasted from the summer of 2000 (when Florentino Pérez got elected) and it ended in 2005.

Their wins in 1998 and 2000 occurred under Lorenzo Sanz. During the 1997-98 season they ended fourth in the league and during the 1999-00 season they ended fifth (!) in the league. No dominance at all. It's just that RM have long been built to win the CL and it is their favorite competition.

This is explained well in this video below for the Spanish speakers.

Which is why FCB has only won CL's when we have won the league too. For us to win the CL we need to be at our absolute best. RM can somehow win CL's without even being the best team in Spain. Therein lies the difference. Which is why CL is a flawed competition and why I personally will always prefer to win the league despite CL being the most prestigious club tournament out there for most players and fans alike.
