How the hell can a draw be boring? It's not like the teams that are left are like APOEL, or Galatasaray, or CSKA Moscow. They're all leading teams from the top leagues in Europe. Roma and Sevilla are clearly the weakest teams left, but they won't just roll over and die. They will fight tooth and nail for a semifinal which would be insane for them.

Roma need to be treated seriously. We will beat them if we treat the tie well. We're close to the semifinal. It's unbelievable how much things can an easier draw change in CL. You play Roma and watch how other 2 sides who could have hurt you will go out. I absolutely hate the format in CL. A league format with the best teams in Europe would be so much better. And we'd see who the best team really is.

I would obviously want a Clasico final but Madrid seriously feeds on confidence and momentum and many teams are likely to flop against them. It would be better if we knock them out and gain some confidence ourselves because I feel we will struggle and waste alot of energy against City or Bayern.

But bosses at Uefa will be thinking otherwise. We'll see.

If Madrid won a Clasico final and on top of it 3 CLs in a row even an unbeaten domestic double for Barca would feel like shit. Madrid have to be taken out no matter what this season in the CL.

Correct. I would love a tennis draw in UCL. No more mafia. But hey...that.s why they do draws in each round. At least in final they cant do shit! Lol

The more I think about it the more I think Barca would be favourites against Madrid in finals. If we close the league early we could give quite a few players rest.

And I believe a rested Messi will make the difference again.

We need to draw the likes of APOEL, Roma, Wolfsburg, Galatasaray, CSKA Moscow, Napoli and others in Last 16 and QF in the next years, and then we can call it even. Hell, with that luck (+ some luck in finals like an offside goal or a missed pen. for the other team, or some other dodgy referee calls in the tough games we'll have), we could win about 2 CLs in the next 4 years.

This is the only lucky draw for Barca since Leverkusen in 2012. And guess what, we beat that Leverkusen 10-2 aggregate or something.

Plus, CR is on level with Messi in terms of ballon d'ors this year and uefa will probably do whatever they can for a clasico final to happen. Who wins it will basically have the 6th ballon d'or in his pocket, unless the other pulls some out of this world performance at WC.

Too much pressure. Could actually turn out the most crappy final in a while purely due to the pressure in that game. It would hold huge meaning on very small margins.

I'm afraid that if Classico final happens, there is much much more pressure on us than on Madrid and therefore, I would prefer facing them in the semi finals.

Calma, no need to worry about the dreaded classico final, its not very likely to happen.
We have to beat Juve(Barca already through), then we have to avoid a semi-final, and both Barca and Real needs to beat Bayern and City, high chances that all of these things doesnt happen.
