Well done Juven for showing some fighting spirit.

Last year it was two offside goals this year it was a penalty. if there is any diety out there how does that white shit club always get lucky? What goes around comes around is it true any more?

If that is a reference template for a foul nowadays then you will have to give a penalty on each and every corner.
That was a dive upon feeling a contact.

Not to excuse bad defending in that situation, but no penalty.

No referees anywhere do that but if player fouls like Benatia did most will give it.

Could say that about any genuine pen 'well refs dont give it for every push or pull'.

It wasnt 50/50 the referee got it right.

Benatia on wrong side and pushes him.

For me that wasn’t a penalty. You simply don’t call that in the last minute and as I said Juve would’t get this in 100 years.

I don’t belive it’s true anymore since they simply can’t get punished even when they play like today.

Benatia got none of the ball and bumped into a player who was clear on goal. I think it's 50/50, but one thing for sure it isn't an easy call to make.

Like I said, if you watch any corners you see players pushing and pulling way harder than this, while the ball is nowhere close them. How many times do refs give a penalty in those situations? Even if the player falls, the ref just assumes that he went down easily. There's probably 1 in 1000 chance the refs give a penalty for this kind of crap. Even if it's 50/50 like you say, though i don't agree, you don't fucking do it in the 93rd minute. You don't do that when the decision isn't clear cut.

Anyway, water under the bridge. We're still a mess of a team. That's more pressing that whatever bullshit RM pull.

last 5 games against bayern and juventus, real have gotten a red card in their favor.

i mean barca gets the help from refs too, but this is next level stuff.

it's becaus benatia didn't push him or kick him . go Watch the replay. It was body to body minimal contact in the former's attempt to clear the ball. It's not benatia's fault if he stood against a small midget who also happens to fall down like that.

The replay is on reddit, i'm watching it on loop. Benatia jumps onto his back and wraps his leg around him in a hopeless attempt to clear the ball.

Just like folk said last year PSG wouldnt get the one for foul on Suarez.. it was a pen.

Last min or not ref got it right.

Reals luck was the fucking shite defending not the referee giving it.

It wasn't a penalty. I can see why people think it is penalty but for me this is physical sport, slight tap and he fall to ground LOL.

This is why no English ref is going to World Cup. Corrupt and just rubbish

All the margins have gone Real's way in the Cl the last few years..

Wc is my last hope this season, if that's a disaster too I might have to take a break from football. Been more frustrating and painful than enjoyable :(

Also important to note that it was a duel for the ball, Vasquez wasn't controlling the ball nor did he have it in his possession. Again, very much like Suarez vs PSG. If you thought that was a penalty, I suppose this one was too.
