We're also worse than Real Madrid in the final third and Real has more options to break a parked bus as they have tall players who can use their head to score goals while we have midgets.

The overall approach is similar. Teams alternate periods of domination and sitting back based on the result (which indicates a degree of pragmatism, which is clearly visible), inviting pressure then doing a pretty solid job absorbing it.

Some differences appear on transition. Madrid are more direct, and play on the counter, but can be exposed to counter pressing in the first 4-5 seconds after they get the ball back. While we are still more possession orientated, less likely to lose the ball once we get it back, but also less likely to form a cohesive attack in 2-3 passes. This is both a plus and a minus. We are hard to play against for Madrid because our positional game on possession is probably the best in Europe along with City's, while having a better defense. So they don't have many chances to counter us, and in the rare cases they do, we are well positioned to deal with them.

Man City, Bayern, Liverpool and Barca can all take Madrid, they are not even playing well, PSG are just shit

Quite a few can and also could last two seasons but why no one did it and what if the scenario repeats itself this season too?

This psg side is stronger then last year when they beat barca 4:0 in paris, thing is we could read comments before this tie how zidane is a luck merchant and how its over with that, how cr7 is finished, but he scored today again important goal, and how psg is top contender for CL title

Cant you wait at least when real go out of CL with that comments? Fact is, zidane is great tournament coach with great squad, they have mental edge over everyone in this competition, today zidane left modric and kroos on the bench, thats some confidence, they just cant get embaressed in this ompetition like barca can, even if they play like shit they cant lose with 3:0, or 4:0 results, they have great formula for CL and barca should copy that, nothing wrong in that

Can't we all laugh at the 50 shades of shit we say tonight with PSG in the spot light, without panicking Madrid might win the CL again?

Lucho's Barca in the 3rd season managed to score 6 goals vs this PSG, and after that Juve completely shut us down on Camp Nou, proving we weren't that hard to block if you didn't piss yourself in fear. They're just a joke of a team in CL.

They're going to carry on blaming the ref, who was pretty damn good on the night. Can't have angry outbursts like that at this level. Got sent off rightfully.

Indeed solid refereeing tonight but that wasn't the case in the first leg.

Real Madrid is a serious candidate for the title, especially because is all what they are fighting for. It´s not crazy to think that. I don´t like the idea of a club estado winning the CL... so, that´s positive today. I hope City suffer the same fate.

Agreed, still, had they put 3 past us at half time in our latest match nobody would've been surprised, they since became masters of the same tactic implemented by Mourinho almost a decade ago as the only option to counter Barca's stellar game back then and they've manage to perfect it to perfection I dare to say but even so they should've never got past Bayern last season based only on football arguments. CL is a ko tournament which differs greatly from a domestic league.
