Don't agree. Think Bayern have actually been very effective and done exactly what they set out to do.

They never look great but they are so well organised and effective when you actually play them.

I wonder if he was made to not earn a salary during his time out. I imagine that clubs would prohibit their playing from participating in risky sports. Skiing definitely falls into that category.

The through-ball from Messi to Mbappe in the 41st or 42nd minute is what we would enjoy if Messi came back. Through balls down the middle is something that we are sorely lacking.

I find it interesting that you are one of the few that has pointed a benefit of having Messi in the team. The rest are crying about how he would stop our rebuild. Like he wouldn't be better than any midfielder or attacker we currently have.
