With Pep's and Klopp's style of pressing, your team can play only for 3-4-5 seasons.

Their legs are gone after that.

Then a coach needs to rebuild or move to a new club.

Pep has nowhere to move and he doesn't know how to rebuild.

And then you get an old, drained, tired version of what was once a superior team.

Don't think it's physical fatigue as much as mental. Extremely hard to keep the same group motivated for so long.

You either change the manager after 3/4 years or change one or few starting players each year. Expecting same group to fight with the same passion for the same trophies year after year isn't realistic.

Pep had a right idea to coach for few years and then take a break before taking on another job. I guess he's just too addicted to it and I can't blame him.
