I've seen it called, from memory, once before where the player slipped kicking the ball, and then in the slide hit it again after it had released contact changing it's trajectory. That's two touches.

That’s what I said. If he did then yes it’s an infraction but TNT kept showing the same replay where you cannot see anything clearly.
