When the likes of Gerard & co wins FifaWPOTYear it means it was a bad year. Don't get me wrong Gerard & co are world class but working horses who bring nothing new to the game. Ronaldinho could decide a game anytime aginst no matter who. Those kind of players are worth watching.
That's the reason why i watch FCB f.e. and no more EPL (instead of some highlights here and then or in Europe)

if this is your standard line,that if someone brings nothing new to the game,they're not good enough to be great,i suppose you're always sending emails complaining that barca use defenders to defend,and not ball juggling monkeys,or players who can clap,rub their stomach,sing and dribble at the same time?please post the replies you get for us to read sometime.
imo,gerrard has probably been the most consistent performer in europe in the last 5 years,and i hate the crease headed twat.
zidane seemed to think he's fairly good at playing "the football" as well,but no,the righteous cule philosophy supercedes the knowledge of a footballing pissant like zizou doesn't it...

United are the best team in the world until someone proves otherwise. Barça have a chance to do just that next Wednesday.

Man U did not fare any better either but one good thing going for them is that, they have matched the number of CL titles they won with their appearance in the finals. Making it an impressive 3 out of 3 for them! One title more than Barca…

4 out of 4 in all european finals too.

I expect that both teams will play open/attacking football in this final for the sake of the fans. There is no doubting Pep’s devotion to this philosophy, it’s Barca’s brand of football after all. But Fergie’s (philosophy) is suspect judging from last year’s CL semis. I hope I am wrong on this one.

i'm glad to see you give your own team no credit for being good enough to make us play like that,or even that maybe,the players felt,in game,that they were gonna have less posession and subconsciously or consciously decided that you were better,but actually wanted to play in and win another european cup final,and that if your players couldn't break us down,then that's their look out.

I doubt 100% if Keita plays LB. First of all, he said he didn't want to play LB in Rome. Second, Sylvinho was subbed out early against Mallorca. Most of the hands are pointing towards Sylvinho to start.

I don`t know if all of you noticed but Barca has won only 2 games in the last 8 matches.

We did play with B team in last 2 matches but it`s still a bit worrying
