What did milan do that game to beat man utd? Im sure pep will have watched that game a few times since he watched a few matches a day at least as manager of the club.

well...as a milan fan..i remebver the game. man u were outclassed especially in midfield. pirlo and gattuso got their form back towards the later stages of that CL season...and kaka was scoring mroe goals than usual and scored curcial goals. 2 at trafford, 1 at san siro... gattuso played well and so did ambrossini... but tactically..i dont really remember how they exploited t till it became 3-0...it was very unexspected..the man u squad now seems tougher in midfield...much tougher... i think i remember during last few matches.. ( besides the recent one....) against arsenal..they always seemed loose in midfield...but not anymore...

They played the perfect Counter attacking game at OT and destroyed them at San Siro...Gattuso was all over Ronaldo ...Man Utd were a shambles defensively in the return leg..I think they missed either one of Vidic or Rio for the game(Rio i think)

You're right, i remember now. They missed rio and it really showed.

Yea But Man Utd have come a long way in defensive tactics since then ..so it would really be a waste of time seeing that tape!!!They can probably get better idea if they watched the Liverpool Game @ OT..(Rio missed that one too however)!!

ManU will miss Fletcher in the midfield, and if Iniesta and Henry play witch is very important as Iniesta would play side by side with Xavi we will win this game will be won by the midfield. I'm off to Rome in a couple hours:hehe
