i agree with the team,but i wouldn't be at all surprised if (straight out of left field) rooney and berba play up front,cos saf might fancy ronaldo against either f/b,and he did throw in a big surprise with hargreaves positionally,in last years final.

won't happen though.

That score is predicted by my heart, my head being more cautious with the players we have missing and playing out of position. There is so much hype over Messi and Ronaldo that i'm starting to feel that neither of them will decide this game, rather another great player may get overlooked and decide things, such as Henry or Rooney.
Barcelona will need to score first.

Tip;
My tip for Pep, as i'm sure he will read this thread before kick-off, is to switch Henry and Messi at some stage in the game. Man U will know Barca's wide players always cut in, so swap these two and tell them to go outside and cross. Messi can eat O'shea for breakfast and if he can get to the byline and cross, Eto'o can come flying in and Henry can get himself on Evra at the back post where he would tower over him.

Summary;
Too close for comfort. The most eagerly awaited Champions League final in years. The best Spain and England has to offer, the two greatest players on the planet and the biggest pinup in world football; yes, Carlos Tevez.
Here's hoping this game is all it can be, majestic, magnificent, monumental and meritorious.

Where'd you get the line-up from? I pray to god it's wrong cause Keita is so much better than Biscuithead at DM. Also agree with Leo upfront and Eto'o on RW, it was a lethal combo against madrid and Vidic/Rio aren't the fastest CBs so hopefully Messi can unleash some burnage.

yeah,it wouldn't be a new way of playing,more a "not what anyone was really expecting",and if he wants to occupy your back four,then playing with the two ought to do that more than just ronaldo (though i realise that they never stay in position)

giggs would miss out for me then,which would leave us lighter than we all expect in m/f,and also make for a more open game.

which is why i think it won't happen,unless they try and push evra and o'shea up to supplement m/f when we've got it.

i don't know,i'm gonna have a million thoughts and a billion nerve ends jangling,so i might well be all over the place until i "go dark" later.

also,back to coincidences....

Bayern were on for the Treble in 1999,as were Liverpool in 1977.
one team stopped them both from doing it.

barca does need to score first...if they do then there will be more space for them to attack............if united do(hopefully not, PLZ GOD PLZ) then they park ji sung the bus!!
