City > Bayern imo but PSG was better that year than this one, true.

Chelsea 21-22 is a much better cup team than 17-18 Juve as well imo. Barca beat that Juve team pretty easily in the group stage and Spurs battered them over both legs in the first knockout round but somehow still lost.

We played PSG and Chelsea at full strength, the only noticeable miss was for City in the return leg(Walker).

You are basing your whole "theory" about one injury.

We have been facing the best sides at full strength or close to it the entire way.

Chelsea didn't drop off in cup competitions despite the off-field issues imo, they were tough the entire way.

"Deserve" is meaningless in football anyway, either you win or don't.

Though, speaking of "luck", you may take a look at Liverpools draw to the final, the entire football-world would be crying if we got that draw to the final, but since its Liverpool nobody cares.

Barca's path in 14/15 wasn't even a particularly tough one. There's no comparison between that and what Madrid have faced this year.

17-18 was a tougher path for Madrid but still not as much as this year's.

What a surprise that the Barca hater tries to convince us that beating a:

Juve 14/15, Italian Champions, one game from treble (only team to beat RM in a CL KO tie in 5 years between 2014 and 2018)
Pep's Bayern
PSG (one of the stronger PSG sides of the last 10 years after 17/18 and 16/17)
City (league champions)

is "not a particularly tough one".

we will never know the truth..... it's like Juve Real in 17-18 when Juve played way better away even though not as good as Chelsea.
