Atletico have not been great vs Barca/Real in league or against bigger team in CL in recent years. They put out Liverpool but that was not some kind of prime Atletico performance defensively.

Folk are comparing them too much to what they were long before now.

Yeah but they can beat any team in a knockout, for example. Atletico would be much tougher opponent for City or Bayern tham Barca for example.

Well bar Livepool which was on par with the Barca v Chelsea game few years back they have not been beating better sided in knockout or domestically whereas did in past.

I think folk are massively overhyping them but can see.

Bayern have by far the most complete team in terms of players but think City at best are better team.

City can make mistakes at DM and CB that could cost them.

Those two look best sides but only one can possibly make it to final and anything can happen from there.
