Madrid game?.... Juve away?... United game.... Chelsea game.. what’s your big game criteria?

Where was he against Juve at home? Where was he yesterday? Where was he against MUN in FA CUP this year? Where was he against France few days ago? Where was he in CL group stage in 2016/17 season? Come on! He was great against Ireland! Well big fucking deal! He excelled against almighty IRELAND! WOW! He might become a world class but for that he needs to win something and play a leading role in big important games. He also needs to do that CONSTANTLY and not every now and than!

   So because he didn’t perform against Juve at home that discounts what he did in the away game... didn’t know football worked like that. Worst logic ever. And when was the last time a CM got a MOTM in BOTH legs of a KO tie in the Champions League.... I can’t think of any.. so you’re expecting way too much of him.

Ireland... who mentioned Ireland? I didn’t.

And that France example is terrible.... Denmark haven’t beaten France for over 15 years.. Denmark with Messi Or Ronaldo instead of Eriksen wouldn’t beat France.

You must really hate the guy lol or not watch him in the Premier League.

No player delivers in every important match, no Messi, no Ronaldo, no Iniesta, no Neymar, no Griezmann etc thats just unrealistic.

I don't think he is that amazing that we should splash 100+ mil on him but that argument is still pointless.

1. CM? Who is a CM player? Eriksen for sure isn’t! He is a pure CAM.
2. Why would I hate him? I don’t hate him, I like the guy he is just waaaay overrated on this forum! Some people were even saying he is better than Coutinho
3. When was the last time CM was a MOTM in CL? Really? That’s a measurment? Jesus Christ...

No he isn’t “pure” CAM at all.. far from it.. he drops deep all the time.

Wait a minute.... you asked where he was against Juve at home... suggesting he should have showed up in that game also.. even after a MOTM in the first leg...

He droops deap? Wait so you are claiming that he could play as a pure CM player? Really? Let’s say we buy him in which position would you play him? I am curious.

No where did I say that?

You’re drifting away from the conversation here....

You said he doesn’t perform in big games.. he does.. about as much as any other top player.

Hey, at least he's gone from NEVER PERFORMS AGAINST BIG TEAMS, AND THAT'S A FACT!1! to him needing to perform constantly and not just every now and then... gotta give him that.

One thing I found strange/interesting watching him play for Denmark, his team mates made no real effort to get him on the ball, no special effort anyway. I know he's their main scorer, and need him on the end of things, but I thought he'd get on the ball more, or at least try to, seeing as how he's their most creative player too.

No chance. Spurs, Bilbao and Napoli are the ones that you never want to negotiate with. You are going to always overpay for their players that if you get them anyway. I do not think Eriksen is what we need, he could work but there are others too.

Coutinho Arthur
Busquets

and we should spend what we have got on a quality LW, that is my opinion.

I would say Modric worked out okay.

Now with Real selling CR, we should go all guns blazing for this guy, because if we can get him, there is no way in hell that Levy sells Kane to Real. I really mean no fucking way. Kane is currently the only striker than can produce CR-like figures for Madrid.
