Whats with everyone starting to have a 'bad feeling' before every big match?

Well, irrespective of the poor result against Málaga, I was never too optimistic about this game. The hype bothered me. Now the defeat against Málaga might serve as a wake-up call.

I feel that people are underestimating City.

Besides I don't trust Lucho in the big games. If the rival prepares their homework well he seems incapable of answering them tactically.

People are seeming to suggest Zabaleta won't play, apparently his form is very poor and it could be Sagna.

It's funny how one game can change things, we were amazing and City were in terrible form before Saturday, now they have a better team than us, we are weaker than last year and it's back to doom and gloom.

It wasn't just one game, it was against freaking Malaga at home, that may have cost us La Liga. We were on a amazing run, due to MSN. Stop them, or they have a bad game, Barca lose.. That's this current Barca in a nutshell.

It's clickbait designed to troll people.....

“They’re a special team with special players, of course. But I think their ability is not about hurting you all game – you can have tougher games when you go to Stoke City.”

You're late to the party. That quote was discussed a few pages ago. The bait version of it, and then the full one.

The latest from the Independent:

Yaya Toure: If we beat Barcelona, we can get to the final, says Manchester City midfielder

Manchester city midfielder Yaya Toure believes Barcelona will be the biggest obstacle to his team reaching the Champions League final this season.

Toure faces his former team for the second year in a row but unlike last season, when Manchester City had a player sent off in each leg as they lost 4-1 on aggregate, Toure is confident his team has picked up a few things that will be useful on Tuesday night.

"If there is a team that is difficult to learn how to beat its Barcelona; I am a former Barca player, you can trust me on that," said Toure, speaking as a Nisssan ambassador."

Champions League 2014/15: The Last 16

But there are a few things we have learnt that will be useful this time."

Toure pointed to Lionel Messi, "of course", as the player City will have to pay particular attention to, but believes his side are capable of reaching the final in Berlin.

"Barcelona and Real Madrid [will be main rivals]. If we manage to beat Barcelona we can go all the way to the final."

Toure returned from a victorious African Cup of Nations with the Ivory Coast last week, and promptly inspired City to their best performance since he left the squad.

The midfielder was excellent as Manuel Pellegrini's team thrashed Newcastle 5-0; City had won just one, drawn three and lost two of the six matches they played in Toure's absence.

To be honest even with the 11 win streak I had always a feeling that something is not right, which probably comes from the lack of control, it always bothered me, that's the biggest difference between Lucho's Barça and Pep's Barça, in the old era before the game started no matter the opponent, there was absolute confidence.

Of course we are better than City, but not with a great margin, last season, we controled the game thanks to the 5 midfielders, Lucho's Barça is maybe more letal but lacks control compared to Tata's Barça and I don't know if it's a good thing against City.

I'll be more than happy with a draw with goals, my feeling has nothing to do with the loss against Malaga.

3 assists in 3 CL games he has started though, he is a big game player, he has to start.

Agreed. He is much more motivated against top opposition and then he even tracks back a few times a match. Definitely should start and I guess Lucho will keep his winning 11 intact for this game. I think he might fuck up if he goes for double pivot this time.
The actual quote is ""They're a special team with special players, of course," he added. "I think their ability is not about hurting you all game -- you can have tougher games when you go to Stoke City."

Which everyone on this forum agrees with, since we always say "we'll have space against X big team because they won't park the bus like X small team"

Yep but still Kompany stated clearly just after the Etihad game vs Barca last year that the victory (2-0) was undeserved and that City had quite a few tougher opponents before (meaning about that season) but ofc failed to mention them. The guy is clearly stupid. Roy Keane mocked him immediatly after this statement as he was invited in a tv studio to comment upon the game.

Our defense is terrible against good teams. 3 at Santiago(with incredible luck), 3 against psg, 2 against atletico... We will suffer, we vant defend against great opponents. MSN must save us - again.
