I actually think this is quite decent. Alcacer, Dembele are good subs. Same goes for Cillessen and Vermaelen. We are thin in the midfield, though.

Strongest XI. Not sure why Iniesta AND busquets are required for a tie that's basically wrapped up. But this is the lineup we will see in the big games. I'm okay with Dembele being a super sub this season, but Valverde is unlikely to use him much.

When I look at the bench, I see good backups, except at forward. Not the type of backups that are likely to come in and score goals, but solid, capable of providing fresh legs and holding the fort. In particular, I have no problem seeing Paulinho, Dembele and Gomes finish this game.

Yeah the bench is fine. Good options in attack and defense. Midfield options are a bit thin, but you have to consider that Coutinho is ineligible for the CL.
