That being said, we need a military system where you groom youngsters from a very young age to become these players on the pitch .. maybe 6 to 8 players need to be homegrown Barca players

To clarify I would like to see us being more direct in our approach. Trying to re-create what we did in previous years would not work because we do not have the players to implement that style. That was a team with generational type players.
