After a night's sleep I still can't stop celebrating. I've never celebrated Barca as much as last night, not for any of our CL/league/treble wins either.

On CL final nights I always expected Barca to win I always knew it was a strong possibility that we were going to walk away with the trophy.

Last night was a completely different story...I never expected us to pull something like that off especially with the way the season had been going. It was just magical, mythical and completely surreal.

A a few weeks ago most of us came to accept that we would likely only walk away with the CDR trophy this season. Yet here we are still standing strong in all three competition.

Unbelievable stuff!

I am not one who believes there is conspiracy but if someone believes one of RM or barca is being favored then it surely has to be RM for the draws they have gotten.

Neither are being favoured in my opinion and one has been luckier with draws in past few years.

Not every time a draw is made though.

I dont think it is possible due to the number of people involved in these draws including ex Barca players who have drawn these easier ties for Real at times.

Pisses me off more how many times Real have been poor and squeezed through more than anything.

Two things.

First. What is remarkable and refreshing about this victory is that it was a team effort. Neymar led the line, but we had four different goal scorers--and the own goal was Iniesta's doing. Not only that, but we pressed and defended as a unit. The defense is equally responsible for the victory as the goal scorers. Ter Stegen, too. A crucial save which saved the tie.

It has been a long time since we did not have to rely on individual brilliance to win. This was a team triumph.

Second. Man, the French media is losing it. They cannot believe it (of course). Take a look at this post-match analysis by French pundits:

Even if you don't speak French you can note how agitated and shaken they are.

But even more importantly, they're not complaining about penalties or making excuses. They are simply trying to wrap their heads around the catastrophe. They're going on and on about how terrible and terrified PSG was.

You can expect MARCA and the Madrid media to cry foul and over-analyse the penalties for weeks to come. But when the French press itself admits the disaster was PSG's fault and Barca's achievement, you know you did something special.

I have read forums of some other teams.
Bayernzone and Juventus' forum are 90% posts how we won 90% because of the ref.

Uefalona this, Uefalona that.
Barcelona is horrible, we don't have a defense, we don't have a midfield, we even played bad yesterday and had a poor match, lol.

It's so sad, how when people are biased they write a total shit.

I mean, an awkward moment when fans of Real or Juve start to whine about ref's mistakes
