I think most other leagues in Europe have followed the EPL model (emphasis on physicality and stamina) while La Liga is still living in the past with only focus on technical ability. Even Ligue 1 relegation teams have more physical back 4 and mid than Barca.

La Liga teams bar Barca barely rely on technical ability. Getafe, Atleti, Sevilla and midtable teams like Athletic, Alaves, Eibar and so on are all about pressing and physicality.

Our style of play requires EXCEPTIONAL individual skill,both tehnical,mental and physical to be a winning strategy. We were demolishing oponent after oponent in the past,but that was when we had people with these EXCEPTIONAL skills - Xavi,Iniesta,Pujol,Ronaldinho,Henry,Eto?,Dani Alves,Villa,Abidal. Every game was pure magic and delight to watch.But when you have mediocre(at best),old and uninspired players and you try to play our style of game,this is the results you will get and is no shock at all.Busquets,Pique,Alba,Lenglet,Dembele,Griezeman,Coutinho,Martin,even Messi. All of them need to go. We lost the moment where the change of generations should've happened and could've happened naturally.Now we are down the AC Milan road.A totally different squad has to be formed without money(we don't have any). Only silver lining for us is the fact we have talent in our team.Puig,Pedri,Ansu,Araujo,Minguesa,De Jong.The rebuild isn't going to start from scratch.BUT IT HAS TO START NOW! I rather this rebuild happen and we play actual young boys with talent and desire to play,than have to suffer another painful season like the last few we had...

Not as intensely or as physically as Ligue 1. I've seen a few PSG games this season in Ligue 1 and those teams put up a fight defensively. I would only say ATM is the team to match that sort of defensive intensity.
