Honestly, Masip is more than good enough to be our backup keeper. He's not rated all that highly for one reason or another but he could certainly do the job if needed. Injuries to keepers are so rare that such a situation would be red alert to the highest level anyways.

Masip should be loaned out next season. It's a shame someone like him should rot in stands.

I'd much rather put our eggs in the basket of us bringing our A game to win than waving off Madrid's chances of winning their games...You'd look mighty foolish if we drop 2-3 points there and Madrid crashes out of the CL but dominates Valencia and Sevilla.

Zangash said:
Who needs a magic ball? Until Madrid actually drops points I won't pretend I know they will.

Zangash said:
That could quite possibly be a season defining screw up, though. Because of that mistake we have no choice but to beat Atletico away if we want to win the league.

Zangash said:
I don't. I'm just basing it on how there are five games left and that Madrid no matter their form have a way of getting their points, even if they have to cheat to get them.

Zangash said:
Seriously, what the fuck are you even talking about? Madrid's performance is the reason we have to beat Atletico.

Zangash said:
Saying Bravo made a mistake against Sevilla (A fact) does not have anything to do with me saying we have to beat Atletico to stay in the lead because I don't think Madrid will lose.

Zangash said:
You haven't read the argument and openly admit you haven't, so piss off.

All I'm saying is we absolutely need to beat Atletico to ensure we win the league.

Zangash said:
I know. I understand this. I myself have stated this, numerous times. Now tell me, how does this disprove the fact that we need to beat Atletico?

Fact remains that he was right. Unless Madrid dropped points, which they ended up doing against Valencia, we would have HAD to beat Atletico. Now we don't.

You can't assume anything in football, this is not FIFA or PES
I don't think he did. The second post of his, that you quoted, makes it clear.
Why didn't you come to gloat after rm beat sevilla away, then?

I don't care about gloating, you missed the entire point

This is about NOT making unfounded opinions as facts and treating everyone who disagrees with you as dumbasses (15 year old mentality)

Such awesome purchases to buy two very experienced La Liga players in Bravo and Raki who have over 200 and over 100 la Liga appearances coming into this season. Worked out well!

You sure you don't care about gloating? That post full of quotes says otherwise.
And which unfounded opinions? Until rm dropped points yesterday, we really had to beat atletico, after drawing vs sevilla. I know people who were convinced rm wouldn't drop any more points, after they won vs sevilla away.

And you should had posted this one too:

The fuck are you even talking about? I have said numerous times that this is not my argument. I don't see why you people are so desperate to think that that's what I'm saying. Hoping we win at the Calderon is a general opinion of mine and I just happened to make that post in the same time span as I mentioned Bravo's mistake against Sevilla. Is this so hard to comprehend? If we end up losing the league because we drop points to Atletico the blame could fall on Alves for his mistakes, Pique for his mistakes, Mathieu for his mistakes, Alba for his mistakes, and, yes, Bravo for his, at the end of the season. I have never anywhere stated that Bravo's single mistake is what will cause us the league if we don't beat Atletico and in fact I have denied it at least a dozen times, so why the fuck do people keep telling me that's what I'm saying?

And what's worse about this is I know with certainty that some other poster is going to come on here and make the exact same comment.

Yes, but Zangash singled out Bravo's mistake as the reason Barca HAVE to beat Atletico, which is a little crazy because just in that game Pique was responsible for the other goal and over the entire season there have been numerous players responsible for dropped points. It doesn't matter that he writes "I have never anywhere stated that Bravo's single mistake is what will cause us the league" when his other posts clearly imply otherwise. Given Zangash's history of putting Bravo down and favoring ter Stegen over the smallest things and Observer's subsequent attempts to restore some semblance of normalcy to the thread, it is not unexpected to find Observer taking this occasion to "gloat", as you put it.

I didn't understand zangash's point like that. But now it's easier to say anything, because rm thankfully dropped points.
A player alone is never at fault for losing points, but our game vs sevilla was very frustrating. The team put up a show and later conceded a draw. And Bravo's howler was what caused it.

Keepers will always have howler.Remember Valdes? Bravo has been damn good.

Yes, he has. I never said he hasn't. But it doesn't change that that game was infuriating. Him and Pique decided to lose focus in the worst game possible.
