Claudio Bravo

And the only reason we're defensive about pointing out is you went out of your way to try and prove something unprovable (cf "we can't lose at calderon, RM will win all their games therefore Bravo already fucked us up with his mistake against Sevilla") which 100% unfunded bashing.

The fuck are you even talking about? I have said numerous times that this is not my argument. I don't see why you people are so desperate to think that that's what I'm saying. Hoping we win at the Calderon is a general opinion of mine and I just happened to make that post in the same time span as I mentioned Bravo's mistake against Sevilla. Is this so hard to comprehend? If we end up losing the league because we drop points to Atletico the blame could fall on Alves for his mistakes, Pique for his mistakes, Mathieu for his mistakes, Alba for his mistakes, and, yes, Bravo for his, at the end of the season. I have never anywhere stated that Bravo's single mistake is what will cause us the league if we don't beat Atletico and in fact I have denied it at least a dozen times, so why the fuck do people keep telling me that's what I'm saying?

And what's worse about this is I know with certainty that some other poster is going to come on here and make the exact same comment.

Are we really going to act as if his mistake against Sevilla is a crucial one?He made a mistake and the score was still 1:2 for us...we conceded another goal 40 minutes later. We played a pretty mediocre second half and that was that.

If we lose Primera it won't be because of that game. We've been absolutely amazing these last couple of months,it would be ridiculous expecting to win every single game in every single competition.

Is he on his way to get a Zamora trophy? He has had a ton of clean sheets this season. Truly a remarkable season.

IS he on his way? Lol he might as well be given the trophy now.

Just looked at marca.com. He has a coefficient of .56 and in 2nd place is Diego Alves with .7. I think it's pretty safe to say he will get it unless there's a huge meltdown in the Calderon.

How hard Atleti comes at us depends on the result of Real Madrid and Valencia. A Valencia loss would be great for Atleti as it'd lock 3rd down for them, but it'd be poor for us as it'd force us to win at the Calderon. A Madrid loss would mean we'd play Atleti who only has 3rd place to fight for, but it wouldn't be as big a deal if we dropped points.

Edit: Inb4 "Why are you blaming Bravo for Madrid winning their games?"

Yeah, Valdes was one of the most important players last season because our defence wasn't as good.

Fortunately, our goalkeepers have less to do now.
