De Ligt is already too big to be loaned to other team at this point just like Frenkie won't be loaned out.
He won't also sign for Barça if he has to leave on loan.

Mostly agree except Lenglet is faster and less injury-prone than Umtiti.

He is not very good when he has to cover for others. When he had to cover for Umtiti and Alba, both which were worse than him positionally, he was exposed badly.
