Yes. I think he has tried everything but surgery. Not sure what he is afraid of now? He can't play at all or his level is super bad.

Still is.

Sure there's a big chance the surgery wouldn't have fixed his issues but he would have had a higher chance of it working if he had gotten it after the WC. Now it's way too late.
