First sorry for my bad English. I think next coach of Barca must to be:
- Good motivator
- Good charismatic person
- Good strategic and tactical person
- Good psychologist
- Good work with young and talented players
- To respect and defend the players, club and fans but and player, club and fans must respect and defend him
- Have to be a football player history to know what happened on the pitch on practice not only a theory
- Philosophy and still of play must to be a attacking football with tiki taka approach but have to a change tactics and take risk when didn’t work
- To be a strong personality to might order on Xavi, Messi and Iniesta to stay on the bench when didn’t play well
- To be good in transfers and pick best of the best for style of play and talent
- To hire right people for everything like good conditioners, fitness and medics
- Good orator
- To be middle age to understand new technology and help him in work
- must to have a lot of experience
- And achievements
- And not to be a just mercenary must to love Barcelona like a family because Barca is mes que un club

I agree with most of the listed prerequisites, but people have to keep one thing in mind.

This team needs reinforcements badly and the club environment is... let's call it suboptimal. If the transfer ban isn't lifted or at least postponed, every coach with a reputation to lose or one to gain will give Barca a wide berth because the head coach position is turned into an ejector seat.

Since beggars can't be choosers, this narrows down our profile a lot which leaves us with 3 types of coaches: The idealist, the naive and the nutcases. Insert Lucho, de Boer, van Gaal, Bielsa you name it. Cross Bielsa off the list fast, cause he surely won't come. Van Gaal neither, at least if the rumours about Tottenham are true.

Barcelona during ronnie's time used to be very direct. We should adapt to changes and use the talents of playdrs like ndymar,messi and pedro and this is not by backpassing and squaring all game. No wonder we are playing very bad after someone decided that it is possession or nothing. To change the style of play, Barcelona will need to sort the defence first. They are too vulnerable now. Once the defence is sorted, we can start to change our style.
