I'm not sure about that, players like Marcelo or Casemiro probably will but the Spanish players like Ramos, Isco or Carvajal don't give a fuck about Ronaldo.

I wouldn't be surprised if he kicks out at someone and gets sent off if things aren't going his way tomorrow. Ballon d'Or definitely isn't sealed yet, and he'll be extra frustrated after Modric won the award.

He only really turned up for 3 games this year (PSG and Juve first legs and the Spain-Portugal).

For the sheer amount of service he gets, loads of Penaldos and the whole team set up for him to score (certainly in Madrid) he'll always score a lot but he only really turns it on for the odd game now.

He can say about the 15 CL goals but most of them weren't scored in 2018.

The difference between Ronaldo and Messi in CL has been Ronaldo is always bailed out by team mates (Ramos, Bale, Modric, Benzema) whereas if Messi doesn't step up then nobody does.

He'll prob end up with 15-20 league goals eventually, but Juventus don't have the FBs Real Madrid got, the CBs Real Madrid got nor the midfielders Real Madrid got.

They don't even have the sort of playmaking striker Real Madrid have with Benzema. Mandzukic is good and will sacrifice himself for the team, but he's just a different type of player CR is used to.

He had the perfect situation in Madrid where he could continue to compete and be among the top 3 favorites for the CL, but his ego got to him.
