Every piece of evidence Der Spiegel has published corroborates the same story. Medical report, signed statement by Ronaldo that proves his involvement, the questionnaire with his lawyers, the police report immediately after the event, etc. The only one that wasn't a scanned document was the questionnaire and Der Spiegel is maybe the LEAST likely outlet in the world to straight up forge something like that. Even more damning when Ronaldo's lawyers refused to deny the story and the validity of the questionnaire, only saying "this investigation is personally damaging to Ronaldo and therefore is wrong".

Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law but let's be real he will NEVER actually get convicted of this. The truth of the matter isn't the same as the legal conviction, and the truth seems to be that he indeed did **** her. Wouldn't be surprised if there were more women out there too. It's always been clear he's a psychologically fucked human being in good ways and bad.

This I found exceptional. Ronaldo's lawyer camp does not deny the validity of the case files or call the provided documents forged, but they simply state "this is private material. Stop publicizing those papers." I don't want to be that guy that judges him before his guilt is proven in a court, but I don't know what to think of this now. Even if nothing comes out of this, I'll have a hard time convincing myself that he must've been totally innocent then.

Yeah couples have rough sex, but Ronaldo's statement literally says "She said no and stop several times". If true, this combined with the medical findings is not couple stuff.

If he's innocent, then she would basically have to be a criminal mastermind orchestrating a mass conspiracy, forging and leaking intricate legal documents with signatures between lawyers, forging proof of medical examinations, stringing along and manipulating a team of 20+ german investigative journalists working for one of the most reputable papers in the world, convincing her father, mother and brother to lie about her post-traumatic stress disorder and depression.

If Ronaldo had a clean conscience and nothing to hide, why would he have to start pushing narratives in order to discredit the accusor instead of just pleading innocence?

That last part is not damning evidence at all, I just felt disgusted at that way he dismissed it, if (which I believe) it's true what living hell of mental instability she went through following the incident.

The police report from back in 2009 says she was visibly upset and crying when she reported it. Her mother also said it was a difficult task to console her and help her. I think both of the current articles cite that she has PTSD and never fully recovered psychologically from the event. Hard to look at all that and say it could've been consensual. If it was consensual but she just wants money/fame why would she not have come forward earlier when she was expressing her suffering?

Hard to imagine she falsified the claim for the purposes of a personal agenda, refused to name him/dropped it, and then picked up that personal agenda again several years later. If that was true there wouldn't have been records of her suffering psychologically back at the time in 2009 and only recently would she be claiming personal damages. But instead the evidence of damages is consistent throughout the years.

As far as proof goes this case has more substantial proof than I've seen in a VAST majority of sexual assault cases, including Kavenaugh. If enough time/resources goes into this then I could easily see her winning a civil case, or having the leverage to demand a hefty settlement.
