I wouldn't be so sure they'll just take his word for it if he says it was consensual. If they're asking for a DNA i would suspect it is serious enough for them to charge him, if it turns out to be a match. If they do charge him though, even if he doesn't serve any time for it, this will certainly hurt him in other ways. It's going get a lot of air time and i suspect she and her lawyers will be on TV screens pretty soon.

nah.. from visiting some Juve forums i do get the feeling the fans would condone it but the club image is more important than a single player even if it is Cristiano. imagine the backlash they'd get if this was proven, then you have players being pally with him on the pitch..
