We were made for each other, we had the players to create quality chances, and he was easily the best forward for getting at the end of those chances.
Juventus is a much more conservative side, so he will have to deal with getting less service now.

Probably a mistake by him to leave, this Juventus side is hardly CL-winner material, as shown in the group stages, and today, when they were exposed by a fairly mediocre Atletico-side.

Yep, Madrid have a better supporting cast for him and a huge transfer budget for for the next window while Juve's is probably quite bare after last summer. I also think he would have won the last ballon d'or over Modric had he stayed.

he did that 5 CL thing @ Simeone aswell.. the fucking salt from this guy..

Probably mad salty because last summer he looked to have finally achieved his obsession of surpassing Messi with the 6th Ballon d'Or. Now if Juve goes out, his chances are done for this year and Messi basically has a free shot to overtake him.

Neymar and Mbappe will leapfrog him if he exits early imo

but.. Atleti are bottlers so you never know, Juve could pull off something crazy

Juve are probably bigger CL bottlers than Atletico. Atletico were more unlucky rather than bottlers in both finals.

Juventus are usually only bottlers in finals, they used to do fine before that stage, it seems they have regressed the last couple of years.

they only bottle when they face you guys. 2x in finals, once in QF, once in SF. You're their kryptonite.

ronaldo was as shit as his teammates.. you would expect from the goat at least some leadeship in the playmaking but no.. he gets the ball, pass it back safely and runs towards the penalty box.

Anyways, im sure Ramsay, some Arsenal-lad, is going to solve Juventus midfield issues.
Is that the best they can do?
