Only recently did he kick Curtis Jones deliberately. Everybody will remember got Van Dijk fuming. Should have been sent off there as well. Was only a few games ago.

Third time this season he pulls shit like that in the league. When things don't go his way he turns into a bigger cunt than he already is.

Unless he can pull a ucl win off he's damaging his legacy at united. Those fans will and already have started turning on him.

Gary Neville completely right and echoes thoughts of genuine united fans when he said him not running over to the fans to clap and thank them isn't acceptable. Body language of throwing arms in the air when he isn't gifted a great chance too is poor behaviour, and english football fans don't like that shitty attitude.

All he's doing is proving he's not a united fan, he's a Ronaldo fan. Which is completely fair enough, but not to those fans that thought he was returning out of some sort of love for the club.

It was clear that his legacy will be damaged when he goes to manu. Even if he plays like in 2008-2013 he wouldnt win Pl or CL with Manu. Should close the chapter after the season.

I think a top 3 finish, FA cup win, quarter final / semi final UCL exit whilst scoring 25+ goals would have added to his legacy. Agree they were never going to win the league but at the current rate they're missing top 4. The last thing united fans would remember of him is taking them from 2nd to europa league football. Still half the season to go of course but they look terrible and Ronaldo is a large part of the problem.

Always hilarious how people love to focus on Messi's performance in a league that doesn't matter (does anyone care about Ligue uber eats?), but not CR7's no shows against any opposition in the upper half of the table and United's position as 7th in the vaunted EPL. I'm not expecting him to win the league (but hey, people who shit on Messi expect unrealistic things so many I should adopt the position of why the fuck isn't the "modern GOAT" leading United to top place) but by any metric, anything less than top 4 is unacceptable.

All he's proven so far by going to the toughest league in the world is that he's finished for top level trophies. And yes, he 99% would have gone the PSG route had Messi not beat him to it. He still might, after Mbappe is gone.

Ronaldo Messi Neymar next season, on paper the best trio, on pitch the worst trio :boss:

Again with the legacy talk. Some people like to talk out of their asses.

Neither him or Messi are damaging their legacies when in the CL KOs and not playing in MLS or Saudi Arabia.

Anything that these guys are winning will be a cherry on top. Basically a WC win is the only real goal. CL or league wins are just stat padding at this point.

It's not about his career legacy it's his Manchester United one. He is currently damaging it.

Why? He won it all at United. Came at a time when the club was not a EPL contender anyway.

Because he returned to them after they finished 2nd and signed him, Sancho and Varane and have gone backwards. At the moment the last thing they'll remember from him is that he acted petulantly towards teammates, disrespected the fans and performed poorly in the league.

That doesn't take away from his achievements I'm just saying it harms his united legacy because the fans last memory of him could be that he wasn't good enough for them. Don't forget as well he is currently underperforming whilst taking time away from Manchester born and bred players that were playing well last season and as a result United were better than what they currently are. Local players are important to any team but especially to a club like United and us where our greatest teams came mostly from the academy

This isn't about shitting on Ronaldo, it's just stating what I can see from united fans and their attitude towards Ronaldo. He can turn it around 2nd half of the season.

A lot of "tv pundits" remarking though he is actually holding back Man U's building process. That's the discourse now. Don't know if true and how much better they would be doing without him in EPL at moment.
Can't hold it against Ronaldo though. Power to him for being able to play in European leagues for this long and he is still delivering at his age. But at least should set more of an example in behavior towards teammates. Seems at Juve a lot of teammates were relieved with him leaving.
