We had a lot of fun trolling him these last few years but his time at Juve is starting to look more than a bit respectable in contrast with what Messi is showing at PSG.

Still a chance for Leo to set that right in CL to be fair though.

Cristiano's 3 years at Juve were a flop.

Messi's just at 4-5 months. Too early to tell.

His Uber Eats performances have been embarressing though

CL will be interesting but i can't imagine PSG winning against Liverpool or Bayern.

Ronaldo didnt flop at Juve.

He was best player in league and banging the goals in for majority of it.

They would have loved a CL but that wasnt on him and they were just not good enough side.

at this point messi flop is more comparable to likes of sheva/kaka/hazard, ronaldo at least scored his usual goals.

CR scored 101 goals in itally in 3 years as a freaking 33-36 year old

thats absolutely bonkers

yeah he didnt win the CL but juve didnt really have a strong team, certainly nothing like the stacked side with which CR won the CL in madrid

i think what he did in italy is very impressive, all things taken into consideration

going there as an old veteran player

defensive league

good players

we are just more aware of how switching teams and leagues is not all that easy

winning the CL requires building a TEAM. not even prime messi and CR ALONE can do that. the idea that he would just 'go' to juve and win it was absurd to begin with. while he was there Juve had a piss poor midfield.

given that, what he did manage to do there is impressive nonetheless

Aye so bad he was voted best player in Italy twice and scored over 100 goals in 3 seasons.

Total Flop...

Messi must have been a total flop at Barca past couple seasons as they got worse despite his goals as well.
