Most people don't care whether Ronaldo, Ribery or Messi wins it. But they are fed up with Ronaldo's antics of crying and conspiracies and Ribery telling everyone who will listen that he's the best and deserves it. Also the hypocrite Ronaldo fans who also keep crying like their idol and now will suddenly shut up with FIFA extending voting. Imagine the uefalona cries if the situation was reversed. Also them changing their view overnight that it's an individual award now that Ronaldo has no trophies.
If Messi can't win I want Ribery to win just to look at Ronaldo's expression and the butthurt levels of his fans(which would be over +9000!!) Just because I hate Ribery's antics slightly less.

I think Ronaldo should win it (although I hope he doesn't), but all the conspiracy cries from him and his fans are pathetic. As is FIFA extending the voting.

What kind of crap is that ? Then they should have extended the voting last year when Messi broke Muller's record. It now seems that the allegations that Messi was favoured has resulted in the fact that CR7 is actually favoured by FIFA.

That's the worse thing about it..and many of them are journalists. My brother is also one of those people..he was outraged when Messi won his 2nd BdO, not Sneijder and he couldn't shut up about it and now he is showing me Cristiano's stats and asking me how many goals has Ribery scored this year.
So I told him last night that Ribery has won with Bayern more trophies in a year than Cristiano in 4 years with RM and he didn't know what else to say.

This is actually quite ridiculous, dare i say franco has returned to the football scene. but on a serious not though, this opens a whole new can of worms, re-opening the vote? maybe if they did that in 2006, buffon wouldve won it over cannavaro, in 2003 when Henry was dominant maybe he would've won it over Nedved, 2001 Raul may have won it over owen. If i were a runner up, i would complain to FIFA about not getting that privilege.
