Saw the 120-goals comment from Mendes the Joke, didn't see the 500 years reference though. Any links? I hope the media blow this one up.

Mendes is cr's agent... No wonder he'd say something like that. And that cr is full of himself it's common knowledge, I can't believe anyone still gets surprised by any of his comments.

The idea that Ronaldo would score more at Barcelona is absurd. He would not be given the freedom that he is at Real Madrid and would have to fit into the system.
He has never proven that he can play in a possession based team to any extent close to Messi.

I doubt Mendes thought about any of this. His comment was just to belittle Messi, implying that cr would do better in his place.
Almost all of his teammates are classless acts like him, so I expect no reaction.
To even formulate the thought of Ronaldo scoring that many goals is absurd. To even think there will be no one like him 500 years is more absurd, he's a great goal scorer, I can't really take away that from him, but that's as far as it goes. Players like him are more like it to come along.
Now the Maradona's, Leo's, Zidane, Ronaldo (Brazilian) those players don't come around very often.

is that so? these players, rightly among the best ever, all played relatively recently and a couple of them even played concurrently.
there has always been an active 'great'- pele, garrincha, cruyff, beckenbauer etc. in a world of 7 billion + people, it is a mathematical certainty that there will always be an active player who is above the rest.
the real problem is ranking them.
