Also, here is a little tidbit.....

Ronaldo converts his PK's at a 94% rate where Messi is converting them in the 80% range.

It is an automatic goal for Madrid when in a PK situation where it is not with Messi.

The reason why he has so many goals from PK is because he is so damn good at taking them. You want the best player to take the kick. It is automatic with CR.

It is rather ridiculous. We should complain about the legitimacy of the penalty call and question the ref. However, as a pro footballer, you can't blame Ronaldo for putting away a penalty that the ref gave. Would we call out Messi if he converted a bs penalty? I doubt we would.

22 rounds left, Ronaldo needs 25 goals to break the record. Absolutely possible, but its not a sure thing, penalties or not. If he gets another typical Ronaldo-spree(9 goals over 4 matches etc then back to normal) i think it will happen though. But with a dip in form, it will be difficult.The more i think about that record the more ridiculous it is, 50 goals....
