Gomes in his time at Valencia was their star player along with Gaya and he caught the attention of lots of top clubs who were willing to pay 50M for him. I haven't heard any rumours about top clubs being after Ceballos other than Atleti, Real, and Barca, but I see you're one of those hypesters reading the newspapers about Ceballos being 'ze best player of tournament'.

Rakitic has been world class for many years now and Sergei has been class in midfield ever since he got his confidence back. I cba to give an in depth answer for such a stupid question.

I am always for getting young talents. Alena isn't going to leave because of Ceballos for sure, if anything, he will leave because of Gomes and Arda's of the world. But he's signing new contract so everything is fine by that.

Gomes is a good dribbler, not great but good. Rakitic may not be the greatest dribbler but he makes it up in lots of other areas. Denis barely got a chance to play in that tournament and its idiotic to compare those two based on a silly u-21 tournament. Rafinha has had lots of bad luck with injuries tbh, its not his fault some cunt makes near leg breaking tackles at him.

Samper and Alena are both in the same age class as Ceballos and there's plenty of other midfielders coming up in La masia who don't have the personality of a fascistic asshole.

Gomes and Rakitic are utter shit in dribbling in comparison to Dani. It's not even close. The same can be said for Rafinha. The only one who has a case to be made for being of similar class is Denis who we already know isn't a good midfielder, his best performances all came from the left wing.

I disagree. Rafinha is a terrific dribbler, its one of his best qualities. Denis can also play in midfield too. He's not exactly a CM but the rare chances he got to play as more of an attacking midfielder in Iniesta's position alongside Bursquets and Rakitic he was really good. He had an amazing performance in that role against Sevilla early onto the season and I wouldnt rule him out just yet. His poor performances were mainly caused by Luchos idiotic tactics and rotations when Denis had to play in midfield next to Arda and Gomes as defending mid. None of our midfielders had a great season exactly and thats all Luchos fault (even Busquets was super inconsistent).
