The beauty of Buyout clauses can help or screw a team over. In this case there's nothing Betis can do if we match it and Dani insists on coming, they can't literally force him to go to Juve or Real even if they bid 5+million more than his clause.

Only way they can do this is if they convince him to turn down his real preference so Betis can squeeze 5 more million for him. and that seems pretty messed up.
