No, it's not me who is using shots conceded as a barometer.

I'm using my own opinion which I've formed after watching all Barca and Bayern games this season (I get the feeling you haven't seen many Bayern games this season, can't be sure though)

I have watched them, and I don't think we necessarily give away considerably more chances, certainly not one that is clearly noticeable. Usually, when a team can't break your defensive organisation, they take pot shots from distance.

The number of pot shots from outside the 18 yard box will be a good indication and it wouldn't be vastly different I would imagine. Theirs might be slightly better due to us being slightly more adventurous, like maybe in a typical game they will limit their opposition to one more shot outside the 18 yard box instead of inside, that is hardly significant though.

You have watched all the Bayern and Dortmund games even when they have been playing at the same time?

I may be wrong but did you not claim there was a month between Bayern/Dortmund game and their next competitive one? That doesnt suggest a great memory of the games to be honest.

Where do you rate the ability of Barcelona to stop other teams scoring compred to other teams in world football?

That was a mistake, I'd remembered the game to be in mid July, while it was actually in late July. Sorry for not remembering preseason games properly.

There's only been 1 game if I recall properly where both Bayern and Dortmund played at the same time, for those times I use motdgoals.com or rojadirecta to download the full games. Usually they're right after each other which is very convenient, not unlike Madrid Barca games or they're on different days

Even your correction of 2.5 weeks was wrong, they had played two competitive games in less than two weeks after that Dortmund match.

I could be closer than a month out thats for sure and even when correcting myself still to be wrong by a good bit.

I wouldn't understand the motive behind me lying about something as harmless as watching football games. I've very simple reasons to watch all 3 teams - Barca obvious, Bayern because of Pep and Dortmund because of the players.

I'm still surprised you actually think people don't download matches...A second viewing after you know the result makes a huge difference on your final opinion on a game. I actually haven't been doing it a lot this season..

I doubt you have and have said it to make it seem you have a better idea of the situation than other people.

The fact you were so wildly wrong with when these games you watched were even played makes it a bit unbelievable.

Anyway it cant be proven so no point debating it.

Yeah it goes both ways, neither can I prove I've seen all the games nor can you that I haven't.

Just to let you know though, it's a lot easier to remember what happened in a game than to remember when it was played.

It's hard to say, depending on whether the teams are going up against each other or in general. Like I said earlier, Madrid's defence has been very poor this season and last, however they always perform very well vs Barcelona. None of the EPL teams besides possibly Chelsea, however I don't watch them at all, not even highlights so no idea.

I'd say Atletico, Dortmund (they're just in a bit of a minislump), Bayern, PSG from what I've seen of them.

The Serie A teams would be very difficult to break down if we faced them in a match.

You genuinely think Dortmund have been better defensively than Barcelona?

Atletico play a much more defensive style of football so its barely a fair comparison.

PSG have conceded in half their games this season and have played teams poorer than Barca.
